The Tunnel City Railway Heritage Center, powered by the Port Huron and Detroit Railroad Historical Society is proudly presents “The Polar Express”!
“The Polar Express” is a 2004 Robert Zemeckis film based upon Chris Van Allsburg’s children’s book of the same name. Mr. Van Allsburg grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The steam locomotive and the various sounds were based on and recorded by Skywalker Sound near Owosso, Michigan of the famous Pere Marquette 2-8-4 “Berkshire” locomotive!
We invite you, your family, and especially your children or grandchildren to help support the Tunnel City Railway Heritage Center, and purchase tickets to raise funds for our needs to carry on railroad heritage of the greater Blue Water area!
Kids are welcome to attend in pajamas!

8:30am breakfast buffet with 10am showing - $25 per person (more details to follow)
2pm showing - $15 per person (includes small drink and popcorn combo per person)
6pm showing - $15 per person (includes small drink and popcorn combo per person)
